Following public outcry against the light judgement passed by a Federal Capital Territory High Court as regards the case against the Director in the Police Pension Fund, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has rearrested Mr John Yakubu Yusuf who connived with others in defrauding the Police Pension Office and Pensioners of N27.2billion.
You all will recall that he was freed with the outrageous fine of N750,000 by Justice Mohammed Talba who presided over the case, this time around we all hope that the deserved punishment will be mete out to him and others who have no human sympathy to the pensioners.
