Yesterday evening, February 5th 2013 at Eko Hotel and Suites was the venue for the 33rd birthday celebraton of the Mavin Record artiste, Tiwa Savage, while every one was having fun, the manager and boyfriend of the singer, Tee Billz surprisingly brought out a ring and popped up the question, will you marry me?
